BODYCOMBAT is the fiercely energetic martial arts workout where you are totally unleashed and empowered. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, and kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODYJAM® is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55 minute class. So, get front and center and get high on the vibrations of dance.
BODYFLOW® is a yoga, tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for and fast. Express is a great workout that omits some tracks to get you in and out faster!
LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
CXWORX really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for
tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Virtual Group Fitness

*Virtual includes all group fitness formats as well as SH'BAM and BORN TO MOVE.
You MUST sign up for virtual classes by 8AM the day of the class.

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can! 
Les Mills’ BORN TO MOVE™ classes take the effort out of activity by making it fun.
Combining a motivating and scientifically proven mix of age-appropriate movement with music, these classes captivate toddlers through to teens – and fuel a life-long love of physical activity along the way.

Small Group Training

Do you like working out with a group but still want that personal training atmosphere? 

  • If so, small group training is for you.
  • Group size:  3-6 people
  • Available 6:30-8:30 a.m. & after 7:30 p.m.

All of our personal trainers are ACE certified.

Personal Training

  • We offer personal training from our ACE certified personal trainers.

  • Get the one-on-one training you need to meet your personal goals.

  • Available 6:30-8:30 a.m. after 7:30 p.m.

Tiny Tribe (Kid Watch)

At Tr1be Fitness we are pleased to offer Kid Watch available for your little ones while you workout!

  • We take children 12 months and up.

  • Guardians must be on premises.

  • Please note we cannot change diapers or allow food or drink in our childcare room.

  • Please do not bring your children if they are sick. We ask that you follow the same rules as school, symptom free for at least 24 hours.

Nutrition Coaching

  • Learn what you should be eating and when.

  • Get coaching tailored to your body/needs.

  • Initial session includes measurements and body fat testing.
